Rental Terms and Conditions

• All rates are per 24-hour day, one-day minimum.
• Minimum pickup order is $50 Minumum order with delivery and pickup is $120
• All rentals must be paid for upon receipt of equipment.
• Renter must insure financial responsibility for rented equipment. See Responsibility and Insurance below.
• A minimum one-day rental fee will apply to late returns.
• If event or rental item are cancelled after contract is signed, a 20% fee of signed contract total is due.
• Renter must report equipment problems immediately in order to be considered for adjustment of rental agreement.

Responsibility and Insurance

• A security deposit (cash or credit card) equal to the replacement value of the equipment must secure all rentals.
• Credit cards used for a security deposit must carry a credit limit equal to or greater than the value of the rented equipment.
• A Certificate of Liability Insurance may be presented in lieu of a cash credit deposit.
• The Certificate of Liability Insurance must name AllProAV, Inc. as Loss Payee, and provide adequate coverage for the replacement of rented equipment.
• Renter assumes full responsibility for equipment while out of possession of AllProAV.
• Renter agrees to pay for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of rented equipment.
• If you do not have insurance for AV Rentals, not to worry, an 8.1% charge will be added on all av rentals.
• Renter agrees to pay for any missing parts of accessories that are not returned with equipment.
